My daughter Mara created this recipe when she was five years old. One day she said: “Mum, I want a snack”. Me: “Great idea! Why don’t you grab some fresh fruit from the kitchen?” Ten minutes later, she showed up with this snack on her plate. I loved it! Not only because it is healthy but also because she prepared it by herself. She felt very proud, and so I did. So I thought it would be a great idea to share this easy snack with you all so you can get your kids to work in the kitchen! :)
Ingredients
1 banana
5-6 fresh or frozen raspberries
Peanut butter
Preparation
Slice the banana into five or six thick slices and place them on a plate.
Scoop a teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
Top each banana bite with one raspberry.
